We partner with businesses, industry, government and the community to provide strategic advice, local intelligence and expertise in program coordination and delivery that achieve timely employment and training outcomes. Our aim is to boost economic prosperity in regional South Australia, with a strong focus on the Upper Spencer Gulf region of South Australia.

About Our Commitment

Career Co. was created in 2020 with a mission to respond to local workforce demands and employment opportunities within the Upper Spencer Gulf region by creating lasting job opportunities for the community. Owner and Managing Director, Emma Davies is a born and bred Port Augusta local who brings an unwavering passion for the region and over 25 years experience in bespoke human capital development projects. This strong foundation drives initiatives that are proven to work and deliver results, backed by Career Co’s reputable and strong stakeholder relationships.

From 2021 to 2023, Career Co delivered success with 10 large-scale industry driven placed-based solutions to more than 460 job seekers the Upper Spencer Gulf region, in partnership with the Government of South Australia, Skills SA and the Australian Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations. Career Co will continue to deliver on this commitment in 2024 with a further four initiatives, offering 180 places.

With major projects across the Upper Spencer Gulf, Career Co will continue its commitment to maximise opportunities for the community, leveraging from its success of 640 participants into local employment pathways through place-based workforce solutions.
