I’m a born and bred Port Augusta local who thrives on connecting great people with great businesses.

For over 25 years, I’ve helped not-for-profits large and small, government at all levels, major companies and big brands find the right employee and create tailored workforce development solutions.

But a few years ago, I realised something was missing. Increasingly I faced hurdles and roadblocks when it came to supporting employment in our region. A lack of flexibility, policy constraints and business capability in the employment sector made it near impossible to respond to the needs of the people, businesses and our community.

So I decided to change it up. And in 2020, I launched Career Co.
