Emma is the founder of Career Co Australia and an expert in people solutions.

With an unwavering determination and a pioneering spirit Emma has achieved remarkable success as a businesswoman. Through her relentless efforts and entrepreneurial mindset, she has established herself and Career Co as a prominent figure in the industry.

Born and raised in Port Augusta Emma, with over 20 years’ success delivering employment and workforce initiatives, backed by tertiary Employment Relations, Emma has witnessed firsthand the workforce challenges and opportunities in regional areas. Through sheer grit and hard work, and refusal to accept limitations, she built Career Co, delivering innovative people solutions, setting new standards of excellence along the way. As a certified Executive Coach, Emma has a reputation for delivering exceptional results.

As continues to lead her business forward, she remains focused on driving innovation in the field of recruitment combined with her love for the Upper Spencer Gulf region she calls home.

Talent Consultant

Molly joined Career Co in 2021 and was quickly promoted to our Workforce Development team. Molly is a highly capable Talent Consultant with over 4 years’ experience within the industry. Molly worked for Workskil for 2 years, working with employers on their hiring needs. With strong capability and understanding of the local labour market, industry requirements and trusted candidate relationships she delivers successfully outcomes for our Workforce Development projects that build local talent for industry. Known for her exceptional ability to build rapport, establish trust and deliver on a promise, our partnerships with regional stakeholders and Government are moving from strength to strength.

Molly brings to the team a Certificate IV Employment Services and Certificate IV Career Development, this knowledge offers assistance to tailored advice and market insights.

Outside of her professional work, Molly is a Mum of 4 who is actively involved in community organisations and has a focus in giving back and contributing to the growth and success of others.

HR & Business Officer

Mary is a born and bred Port Augusta local. She has an innate passion for business operations and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Mary stands as the driving force behind Career Co's successful business operations. She has a finely tuned attention to detail and a structured approach, to orchestrate our central business operations with finesse. Her meticulous nature ensures that Career Co's policies and procedures transcend industry benchmarks, consistently surpassing quality and compliance standards.

As the guardian of our human resources practices and safety management plan, she operates with the utmost professionalism, guaranteeing the smooth flow of Career Co’s heartbeat. Backed by a formidable educational foundation, Mary holds a Certificate IV in Human Resource Management, a Certificate II in Business, and a suite of qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety. These accolades, enable the team to navigate the complex landscape of modern business with finesse and confidence.

Recruitment Consultant

Following her passion to assist businesses in reaching their highest potential, Caitlen joined Career Co in 2023 as a Recruitment Consultant. With 6 years’ experience successfully managing business performance and leading people and culture in both the private and public sector, Caitlen achieves results for our business Clients. She is committed to understanding your business, who you are, your history and your aspirations for your workforce and people. This bespoke approach to tailored recruitment is where she channels her energy to ensure the integration of ‘right fit’ candidates into your team.
