    Born and raised in Port Augusta Emma, with over 20 years’ success delivering employment and workforce initiatives, backed by tertiary Employment Relations, Emma has witnessed firsthand the workforce challenges and opportunities in regional areas. Through sheer grit and hard work, and refusal to accept limitations, she built Career Co, delivering innovative people solutions, setting new standards of excellence along the way. As a certified Executive Coach, Emma has a reputation for delivering exceptional results.

    Molly joined Career Co in 2021 and was quickly promoted to our Workforce Development team. Molly is a highly capable Talent Consultant with over 4 years’ experience within the industry. Molly worked for Workskil for 2 years, working with employers on their hiring needs. With strong capability and understanding of the local labour market, industry requirements and trusted candidate relationships she delivers successfully outcomes for our Workforce Development projects that build local talent for industry. Known for her exceptional ability to build rapport, establish trust and deliver on a promise, our partnerships with regional stakeholders and Government are moving from strength to strength.

    Molly brings to the team a Certificate IV Employment Services and Certificate IV Career Development, this knowledge offers assistance to tailored advice and market insights.

    Outside of her professional work, Molly is a Mum of 4 who is actively involved in community organisations and has a focus in giving back and contributing to the growth and success of others.
