Career Co Port Augusta are looking for more casual FIFO Utility Workers to join our already valued team.
Housekeeping - Mine Site Industrial Cleaning - Kitchenhand
Working an 8 day swing, flying out from Port Augusta
Meals and accommodation all provided

Duties include:
• High quality standard of room cleaning; Bed making and ensuite cleaning
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication and the ability to follow a daily cleaning run sheet
• Restocking as required
• Chemical awareness
• Complete general ground work from time to time
• Operating a linen buggy daily
• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace

• Laundry service for residents clothes
• Manual cleaning of large office spaces
• Operation of auto floor scrubbers
• Restocking as required
• Chemical awareness
• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace

• Minor food prep (no knives)
• Maintaining front and back of house appearance. Restocking as required
• Pot wash station operations
• Operation of auto floor scrubbers
• Aiding chefs or management with reasonable request
• Adhering to prescribed deadlines around service readiness
• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace

• Previous experience in utilities and working in remotes areas desired, but not essential
• A ‘can do’ attitude
• Flexibility and the ability to work as part of a team
• The ability to work a full swing (8 days on, 10.5 hours a day)
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Supply or willing to apply for National Police Clearance.
