Requirements:

- Photo ID
- White Card
- Current Police Clearance
- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
- 2+ years post Trade, proven commercial cooking experience
- Experience cooking in batch/bulk for large groups
- Experience working a large and diverse team of chefs and kitchenhands
- Knowledge of HACCP principles.
- Focus on quality, attention to detail and presentation
- Experience working under pressure
