Indigenous Customer Service Consultants

About this role:

  • 38 hrs per week

  • From $33.98 per hour

  • Immediate start

  • Multiple roles available

  • On-the-job training and ongoing support provided

You will:

  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with customers.

  • Maintain administration standards, including the timely input of data and reporting.

  • The fulfilment of customer requests and queriers via telephone and email.

  • Data entry/ report analysing.

  • Manage the filing, storage and security of documents.

  • Provide a superior customer service that will maintain the high standards of the company.

The successful candidate will bring these skills:

  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.

  • Previous experience in customer service.

  • Excellent time management, organisational and prioritising skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proven ability to demonstrate initiative and problem solve.

  • Capacity to use standard office computing and electronic systems at an intermediate level.

  • Completion of Year 12 or equivalent further studies or relevant workplace experiences.

  • Be able to provide a National Police Clearance.
