About this role:
38 hrs per week
From $33.98 per hour

On-the-job training and ongoing support provided
You will:
Develop and maintain a strong relationship with customers.
Maintain administration standards, including the timely input of data and reporting.
The fulfilment of customer requests and queriers via telephone and email.
Data entry/ report analysing.
Manage the filing, storage and security of documents.
Provide a superior customer service that will maintain the high standards of the company.
The successful candidate will bring these skills:
Strong verbal & written communication skills.
Previous experience in customer service.
Excellent time management, organisational and prioritising skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proven ability to demonstrate initiative and problem solve.
Capacity to use standard office computing and electronic systems at an intermediate level.
Completion of Year 12 or equivalent further studies or relevant workplace experiences.
Be able to provide a National Police Clearance.
