Our Jobs 4 Locals Care & Support Program has been running successfully for the last 2 years, with more than 80% of graduates gaining employment in the field. Our most recent program saw 100% of graduates start a job in the Care & Support sector.
Katryna joined the program in 2023 and had been out of the workforce for 10 years focusing on raising her children. She always wanted to work in the field, but the idea of online study was scary, and she knew studying on her own would be far too challenging, so she joined the program to benefit from face-to-face learning and classroom support. Katryna’s attendance was 100% and throughout the program her attitude and attendance shone through making her a great participant who demonstrated values that are highly regarded by employers.
