Talent Advisor

Career Co is seeking a motivated and people-focused Talent Advisor to join our growing team in Port Augusta. This role plays an important part within our Workforce360 operating model, supporting talent engagement, workforce readiness and sustainable workforce outcomes across the region.

Working closely with our Growth & Partnerships and Workforce Delivery teams, you will build and maintain quality talent pipelines aligned to workforce demand while supporting people through employment opportunities, capability pathways and workforce progression activities.

This is a role with ownership, accountability and operational influence, suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused and outcomes-driven environment.
