We are looking to grow our casual team of Chef’s for Prominent Hill!! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳🧑‍🍳 ❗FLIGHTS FROM PORT AUGUSTA AND ADELAIDE❗
  • Photo ID
  • White Card
  • Current Police Clearance
  • Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
  • 2+ years post Trade, proven commercial cooking experience
  • Experience cooking in batch/bulk for large groups
  • Experience working a large and diverse team of chefs and kitchenhands
  • Knowledge of HACCP principles
  • Focus on quality, attention to detail and presentation
  • Experience working under pressure
  • Photo ID
