Leading Hand Operator

Based out of our Port Augusta office, this role is ideal for someone who is physically fit, hands-on, and confident leading by example in the field. We’re looking for a mature and reliable operator who can not only get stuck into the work, but also provide day-to-day guidance and support to another team member on site.

About the role

This is a varied, field-based position working across multiple projects and will suit someone with experience in plant operation, manual labour and fencing or similar outdoor project work. You will be required to operate machinery, assist with labouring duties where needed, and take on a leading hand / supervisory role on site.
