How to increase your success of getting a job
Many people have their job applications rejected without ever knowing the reason why. They are generally unaware of what they are doing wrong or what they can do to increase their probability of job success. I have identified one of the main reasons why people are not given a start is because they are applying for the wrong jobs or in the wrong industry. Simply stated, the applicant does not perfectly match up with the position description.
Far too many people have never undertaken career development work. A convenient way to undertake a career development course is via an internet E learning course. There are many thousands of documented job titles and in our modern society the number is growing all of the time. The reality is that the average person is only suited to a very small number of those jobs. There are two main factors to take into consideration when selecting a job or a career. The first is whether you are ideally suited to that type of work, but more importantly over the longer term, is that the type of work that you will enjoy.
